◦ The Brief
“A double-height family apartment named for the Japanese idea of harmony — where pastel calm, gilded craft, and a soaring living volume hold a home together.”
◦ The Approach
The studio anchors Nagomi around a dramatic double-height living room, then softens it with a palette of blush, sage, and warm wood. A pietra-dura mandir, fluted feature walls, and a backlit dining vitrine carry traditional craft into a contemporary frame, while two bedrooms — one in terracotta warmth, one in cool blue — give each occupant a distinct mood within one quiet language.
