“A 33,000 sqft commercial complex designed to stand out — a dialogue between space and purpose, balancing bold presence and grace.”
◦ The Approach
We started with a staggered blocking system. At the heart of the facade, a central glass lift was introduced as a vertical break — disrupting the horizontal stratification of the stacked blocks and drawing the eye upward. The transparent core becomes a moment of contrast, breaking visual monotony and giving the building a bold but graceful presence in its surroundings. The complex serves retail, fitness, and corporate experiences, with structural symmetry that offers both visual appeal and practical functionality.
