◦ The Approach
The gains came from planning rather than square footage. A conventional reception was replaced with a feature partition that divides without closing, clear visual connections were held across the floor so the eye always reaches a far wall, and a restrained material palette keeps the small space from feeling busy. What's left is openness that reads as generosity instead of compromise. Earthy terracotta tiles, textured laminates, patterned fabrics, and fluted glass bring warmth and depth, running from the entrance through the workstations, where a 'stronger than yesterday' mural and the values wall set the tone. Backlit niches, a curved geometric art panel, and a calm cabin round it out — a compact office with a memorable identity and a genuinely inviting first impression.
