“A hundred per cent Vaastu-compliant home that had to read as contemporary rather than conventional — every opening, wall, and projection answering to direction and to design at once.”
◦ The Approach
Orientation, zoning, room placement, and circulation were all planned to align with Vaastu, then held to a clean architectural language rather than a traditional one. Because every element had to satisfy directional planning and aesthetic intent together, daylight, ventilation, and privacy were coordinated as one problem instead of resolved in sequence — which is what keeps the elevation composed while the layout stays strictly compliant. Soft curves and expansive glazing carry the contemporary register; warm ivory textured plaster and natural rubble stone cladding give it weight. A statement arched window anchors the facade, with bronze aluminium frames, sandstone-finished steps, and soft native landscaping completing it. Spiritual order and modern living, coexisting without either being the compromise.
