“An apartment building for a developer, planned to get the most homes out of its plot with every one of them Vaastu-compliant, a quality that became one of the project's strongest selling points.”
◦ The Approach
The studio planned Kashroj Enclave for yield and compliance together, so the unit count and the directional planning were worked out as one problem rather than traded against each other. The elevation stays deliberately simple and clean, and lets a textured facade carry the building's identity: warm vertical bands frame the tower and give a straightforward residential block a clear presence on the street.
