“A slim urban building that stacks a street-level store, a light-filled showroom, and a planted home above — terracotta-clad and rooted in its corner.”
◦ The Approach
Terra Collective makes the most of a tight urban plot by layering programs vertically: a glazed retail storefront at grade, a double-height showroom above, and a private residence crowned with a rooftop garden. Warm terracotta cladding and a perforated brick screen tie the elevation together, giving the building a grounded, earthen presence on the street.
